Hirz App focuses on preserving the different modes of Quran recitation, all of which are linked to the Prophet.

Users have access to both free and premium audio content, with the premium version set to be released soon, God willing.

The Quran was revealed in seven different modes (ahruf). During Uthman Ibn Affan's caliphate, Muslims in Iraq and Ash Sham disputed each other's recitations during the battle of Irminiyyah due to their lack of familiarity with them.

To address this issue, Uthman Ibn Affan unified them and compiled the manuscripts into one collection known as al-Umm. He directed the Sahabah to document each Qira’ah and distributed copies to various regions along with teachers. He preserved a copy in Madinah.

Uthman Ibn Affan aimed to prevent the denial of Quranic revelation due to unfamiliarity with its diverse modes of recitation.

Despite facing a similar situation today without a unifying leader, Al Hirz Institute endeavors, with divine permission, to bridge this gap by documenting all 20 Riwayat associated with the Prophet. May God bless this effort.
